Each $35 food bag will last a family of 5 an average of 10 days and typically includes the following:
- 5lb corn flour/ maize
- 3lb uncooked beans
- 1 bottle of cooking oil (800ml)
- 2 bags of fortified protein drink (1lb each)
- 2 bags of rice mix (fortified with vitamin & protein supplements)
